So apparently in 2023 principal component analysis latent spaces can be said to have an "internal world model" (figure from @jnovembre et al., 2008). Turns out that the "singular" in singular value decomposition refers to the singularity!

@_fernando_rosas Can you provide any recent example to support this comparison? If you meant they historically fought (e.g. over a hundred years ago), then why phrase this as something ongoing? Sectarian disunity persists for sure, but “fighting to the death” …?
