General medical teams are less aware of the importance of reviewing the output chart + the need for more regular Na checks with an aquaparesis

@guardian We have gone from being hunter gatherers to just being gatherers. We are diagnosing someone with diabetes every 3 minutes. We are spending 10% of the NHS budget on treating diabetes - 80% of that spend is on treating the complications. Diabetes needs to be top of every ICS agenda
