Why RXUSD?

Most stablecoin protocols focus on issuing a single stablecoin.

At STBL, we're building something different.

STBL is the infrastructure layer for programmable stable assets.

At its core, STBL consists of two primitives:

• USST - principal-backed stable liquidity
• YLD - yield ownership and management

Together, these primitives allow yield-bearing assets to be transformed into flexible onchain money while preserving and managing the underlying yield through programmable treasury infrastructure.

But the bigger vision isn't just USST and YLD.

It's ESSs.

Ecosystem Specific Stablecoins.

RXUSD is the first ESS built on STBL and serves as the blueprint for what comes next.

An ESS allows an issuer, ecosystem, protocol, DAO, institution, or community to create its own stable asset by leveraging STBL as a protocol-as-a-service.

Instead of building a stablecoin protocol from scratch, issuers can deploy an ESS on STBL and customize how the stable asset operates, how yield is managed, and how treasury assets are deployed.

This includes:

• Custom vault structures
• Custom collateral configurations
• Custom yield strategies
• Custom yield distribution models
• Custom treasury management
• Custom incentive frameworks
• Custom compliance configurations

In other words, every ESS can have its own monetary and treasury policy while benefiting from STBL's core infrastructure, security, liquidity framework, and future network effects.

It is not simply another stablecoin.

It is the first example of how ecosystems can launch their own stable assets and programmable yield economies on top of STBL.

Why does this matter for STBL?

Because every ESS strengthens the protocol.

First, ESSs generate fees.

A portion of the fees generated by each ESS flows directly into the STBL onchain treasury.

As more ESSs launch and scale, protocol revenues increase.

Second, ESS creation requires STBL utility tokens.

Opening and maintaining ESS vaults, treasury systems, and ecosystem infrastructure will require issuers to utilize STBL utility tokens.

Our long-term vision is to make ESS deployment entirely permissionless.

Anyone will be able to establish a vault, configure their treasury framework, and launch an ESS by utilizing STBL utility tokens.

This creates a direct utility layer for STBL while enabling ecosystems to launch and operate their own stable asset economies.

Third, ESS growth creates value accrual.

As ESSs generate revenue, those revenues can be directed toward treasury activities, including buybacks, rewards, ecosystem incentives, and other governance-directed initiatives.

Forum Enstitüsü’nün “Türkiye’de Emekli Yoksulluğu” araştırması, emekliliğin artık bir dinlenme ve güvence dönemi olmaktan ziyade milyonlarca insan için bir hayatta kalma mücadelesi olduğunu çarpıcı verilerle ortaya koyuyor.

Araştırmaya katılan emeklilerin;

🔴 %57,1’i 55-64 yaş aralığında, % 22,2’si 45-54 yaş grubunda ve % 20,7’si ise 65 yaş ve üzeri grupta yer almaktadır.
🔴 Emeklilerin %89,4’ü çalışmak zorunda kalmasının temel nedeni olarak geçim sıkıntısını gösteriyor.
🔴 %88,8’i “çalışmadan temel ihtiyaçlarımı karşılayamam” diyor.
🔴 %66,3’ü borç altında; borcu olanların %98,6’sı kredi kartına sığınmış durumda.
🔴 %48,8’i kışın evini ısıtamadığını söylüyor.
🔴 %76’sı, maaşı insanca yaşamaya yetecek seviyeye çıkarsa çalışmayı bırakacağını ifade ediyor.
🔴 En düşük emekli aylığı 20 bin, ortalama emekli aylığı yaklaşık 23.550 TL. 2003’te ortalama emekli aylığı asgari ücretin %36 üzerindeyken, 2025 itibarıyla asgari ücretin altına gerilemiş durumda.

Borçluluk, sağlık hizmetlerine erişimde yaşanan güçlükler ve barınma güvencesizliği ise emeklilik döneminin sıradan gerçekleri.

Özellikle araştırmada ortaya çıkan “sosyal dışlanma” verileri dikkat çekicidir. Emeklilerin önemli bir kısmı maddi nedenlerle sosyal etkinliklere katılamadığını, sağlık harcamalarını ertelediğini ve günlük yaşamını borçla sürdürdüğünü ifade etmektedir.

Raporda emeklilik açık biçimde “yoksullaşma baskısı altında uzayan bir çalışma mecburiyeti” olarak tanımlanıyor. Aslında bu ifade, bugün Türkiye’de sosyal güvenlik sisteminin içinde bulunduğu yapısal krizin kısa bir özeti niteliğindedir.

Edebiyatı ideolojiye göre değerlendirmem. Atsız’ın dünyasını karartan Sabahattin Ali’yi sevmeyebilirim ama yerel bir halk anlatısı olan Hasan Boğuldu efsanesini hikâyenin içine yediren ve Yörükleri anlatan Sabahattin Ali’yi çok severim. Necip Fazıl’ın ideolojisini, yaşam tarzını sevmem ama “Kaldırımlar”ı başka kim yazabilirdi? Beğenin beğenmeyin, Nazım Hikmet bu ülkenin en iyi şairlerindendir. Ben Tanpınar’ı daha çok severim ama Peyami de Peyami’dir.
Edebiyatçıları sembolleştirerek onlar üzerinden kavga etmek, üstelik onların eserlerini yalnızca dünya görüşlerinden dolayı beğenmek veya beğenmemek sığ bir davranış. Atsız, Yaşar Kemal’in yakın sırdaşı ve dostuydu. Sabahattin Ali de sonradan yol değiştirse de Atsız’ın dergisinde yazan Türkçü yazarlardan biri ve arkadaşıydı. Ozan Arif, Fakir Baykurt ile gurbette dostluk kurmuştu.
Hâlâ bu saçma tartışmaları yapıyorsanız sizin derdiniz edebiyat ya da yazarların edebî kişiliği değil; siz, ideolojinizi kuramsal bağlamda savunacak yetkinlikte olmadığınız için aidiyet ve hizipleşme üzerinden gidiyorsunuz. 50-60 yıl önce ölmüş, yalnızca bir hatırası kalmış insanları rahat bırakın artık. Edebiyata ilginiz varsa kimin yazdığına, sizinle aynı düşünüp düşünmediğine değil, neyi yazdığına bakın. Siz “o mahallenin adamı, bu mahallenin adamı” diye yazar ayıran insanlarsanız, sizin edebiyatla işiniz yok, okuduğunuzdan da zaten bir şey anlamazsınız.
