@TheZvi I still think the defender is favored in the limit. Chess is basically drawn for the top engines, which is why TCEC forces ridiculously unsound openings. Without book and contempt, they just draw in the Berlin. Also, social engineering could very well be "drawn" between AIs.

@robinhanson If LLMs did that, across models, I would update towards "conscious". They do not seem to do that at all, though.

@robinhanson We can treat consciousness as the observable phenomenon that all humans say they sense the same-ish weird thing. Weird enough to write about and wonder if other entities sense the same. We can then update based on if other things also write confused things about what they sense.
