~20% of Todoisters have been with the company for more than a decade.

On the final night of our biannual retreat, we surprised them with a $10,000 bonus and a special Todoist 10th anniversary backpack.

The gift doesn’t come close to reflecting what they’ve contributed, but it was a small way to say thank you.

Many of us began this journey in our twenties, when our lives looked very different. Over the years, we’ve grown up together. We’ve built families, moved countries, navigated difficult chapters, and turned a small company into something that helps millions of people around the world.

Another unique thing is that the company now has 43 nationalities, and 13 in the 10-year batch! (🇧🇦 🇨🇦 🇨🇳 🇩🇰 🇫🇷 🇩🇪 🇯🇲 🇵🇱 🇵🇹 🇷🇺 🇸🇰 🇪🇸 🇺🇸)

Building a company is super hard. It’s full of highs, lows, uncertainty, and reinvention. Sharing that journey with these people has been one of the great privileges of my life. I’m deeply grateful for their trust, commitment, and everything we’ve helped build.

And somehow, it still feels like we’re just getting started!

I can’t wait to share (leak 😉) the next chapters of the Todoist journey 🌌🌟
