He hecho como Rufián el otro día y apenas he dormido leyendo todo por aclararme.
Como los medios sacan noticia por noticia para ganar clicks… he decidido ordenar las ideas y hacer un hilo completo sobre el caso.
El informe 1907 (186 páginas) reconstruye la estructura: quién es quién en la red, qué sociedades controlan, por dónde se mueve el dinero, dónde acaba y qué papel juega cada implicado. Es la radiografía societaria y financiera.
El informe 1908 (158 páginas) reconstruye la cronología: ordena por fecha los mensajes de WhatsApp, correos electrónicos, llamadas y reuniones recuperados del móvil de Rodolfo Reyes y de los demás dispositivos intervenidos. Es el guion temporal del caso.
Uno te explica el cómo y el cuánto, el otro te explica el cuándo y el con quién.
Por eso, a lo largo del hilo, las capturas alternan entre los dos: cuando se cita un mensaje concreto (una frase, una hora, un día), la fuente es casi siempre el 1908; cuando se cita una conclusión policial, una titularidad societaria o un flujo de dinero, la fuente es el 1907.

‼️🚨 BREAKING: A new npm supply-chain attack uses a dead-man's switch. The payload plants a watcher on your machine that nukes your home directory the second you revoke the GitHub token it stole from you.
The compromise happened today, across 42 official tanstack npm packages, 84 malicious versions in total. tanstack/react-router alone pulls more than 12 million weekly downloads.
The attacker forked TanStack's repository and pushed a single hidden commit. From there, they tricked TanStack's own release system into signing the malicious packages as if they were the real thing. To npm, and to anyone checking the cryptographic proof of origin (SLSA provenance), the poisoned versions looked 100% legitimate.
Maintainer Tanner Linsley confirmed the whole team had 2FA enabled. It didn't matter. This is the first documented npm worm in history that ships with a valid, signed certificate of authenticity, the same one defenders rely on to know a package wasn't tampered with.
Ondo, Kinexys by @jpmorgan, @Mastercard, & @Ripple successfully completed a landmark pilot transaction connecting the XRP ledger with interbank settlement rails.
This milestone marks the first time tokenized U.S. Treasuries have settled across borders and banks in near real time and outside traditional banking windows.

Litecoin suffered potentially a 51% attack.
How does it compare to XRPs consensus algo?
Proof of Work is the worst security model because you're only as secure as someone else is willing to spend more $ to attack the network than PoW is incentivizing miners.
Litecoin (like BTC) also has the Nakamoto fork choice algorithm which has probabilistic and not absolute settlement (like XRP) of transactions because of the possibility of (deep) chain reorganize attacks. Which is part of how 51% attacks are carried out and has happened here.
Bitcoin managed to have high enough token price to fund excessive amounts of hashrate to make this exact attack scenario by magnitudes more costly. Any PoW chain who can't do the same is more vulnerable to attacks like this.
The price of the native token dictates how secure PoW network are, that's why they are fundamentally a bad choice for multi asset features like stablecoins or RWAs at scale because it can't secure other tokens well and reliable.
The XRP Ledger is built differently, the consensus algorithm has absolute final settlement which means validated blocks are protected and can't be reorganized.
Network security doesn't rely on XRPs price. The network is as secure with $1 XRP or $1000 XRP, that is very important for a reliable settlement machine.
More importantly validators on the XRP Ledger can only collude to stall the network, thats the worst case scenario you can recover from quickly by swapping them out. But you can't do 51% attacks on XRP.
Thats why validators are so boring on the XRPL, their power is intentionally limited.
