1. My reserved taxi did not get close to my location until 40 mins from reserved time. Missed my flight - out of pocket 500 euro
2. Uber one membership- never signed up - out of pocket 150 dollars from what I can see only now !

@AerLingus what is happening with a rescheduled flight that was due to depart from JFK to Shannon at 18.05, I can’t get through to any of the operators and had to spend another night in New York and need to get home !

@Deirdre_Lynch11 @AerLingus They may very well send an email later about a flight later but they have to understand that people need to plan ahead now! Can you ring them for the Dublin one for tomorrow night ? Also a Shannon one Tuesday they said .

@Deirdre_Lynch11 @AerLingus I got through to them after 40 minutes. They didn’t mention anything what they were doing with the flight because on the website it says to just speak to the agents. I ended up rebooking a flight with them tomorrow night to Dublin.Wasn’t sure if they were going to even reschedule

@_1AerLingus There is nobody responding, they just keep saying to talk to an agent all agents are busy and am trapped in New York. Please advise if we are getting rescheduled on another flight today ! Thank you
