I'm 17. Still in high school. Building startups.
No team. No funding. No shortcuts.
Just late nights, no sleep, and the kind of discipline that comes from having no other option.
Currently building Scriptor - the X tool to grow in your style.
The goal - scale it to $10K+/m
The way is long, yet not impassable.
Follow along.
@dodopayments Can yall support Georgian language as well?
Consider it, since many Georgians are actually trying to use your service on the local market
Try drinking high-quality ashwagandha and zinc as a combo.
Ashwagandha for 4 weeks, then a 1-week break (because it can negatively affect your motivation if consumed permanently)
And zinc for some time as well (if overconsumed, it may cause headaches and flu-like symptoms)
Try it for a week and you'll feel the results
@marclou I think every founder has the same problem.
The other day I was watching Alex Hormozi and he diligently explained the problem, but still think it’s a blessing.
I much rather say no, then say nothing just because I have nothing.
STEAL THIS IF U CAN
>I have a crazy billion dollar idea.
>A platform for solo web agency owners.
>You set it up once.
>AI finds your leads, reaches out, closes them and delivers.
>You just show up and collect the money.
>But here’s where it gets interesting.
>You can’t just sign up.
>You pay $40 to apply.
>We interview you.
>Most people get rejected.
>The ones who get in? They’re serious operators only.
>No tire-kickers. No time-wasters.
>Just a small, elite group of agency owners quietly printing clients.
The exclusivity IS the product.
I posted every day for 4 months and gained 0 followers. Then I changed ONE thing and gained 500 in a week.
Here’s everything I learned (steal this):
1.Threads don’t work - nobody scrolls anymore, they skim
2.Hooks are super important - you have 0.5 seconds before the swipe
3.Value posts flop, opinions win -nobody shares “10 tips,” they share takes they agree with
4.Screenshots > text - visual pattern-breaks stop the scroll
5.Reply guys grow faster than posters - comment on 20 big accounts before you post your own thing
3. Only when you get overwhelming positive signals from your conversations do you write code or build the solution.
You have 200 hours (roughly 4–5 weeks of focused part-time work or 2–3 weeks full-time) to launch the simplest version that solves the core problem.
Put a price tag on it. Real validation happens when a user hands over their credit card or commits to a paid trial.
Fucking gem
My gf will kill me but f*ck it.
I’m falling in love woth 2-20-200 framework
the 2-20-200 framework is a strict, time-boxed playbook used to validate a product idea before wasting months building something nobody wants (Just like me with Scripox).
Here’s how it works🧵👇
2. Hunt down 15–30 potential target users. Send cold emails or DMs and ask them about their current workflow and frustrations.
Do not pitch your solution yet. Use The Mom Test framework—ask how they currently handle the problem and what they've spent money on to fix it.
Use a portion of these hours to spin up a quick, one-page site stating your unique value proposition. Look for a solid email sign-up conversion rate (typically greater than 4–5%), but this is optional
@bhanu4417 1.Remove the free tier and and free trial instead
And honestly think about the product
I don’t see why this is a painkiller, how it can boost or cure anyone, what is the value of it.
