@StarlingBank I don’t want a credit card I need a business account which doesn’t delete my payees. I could do with speaking with someone about moving my business banking from @Barclays to you. I need both sterling, euro and international payments - can you do this?

@Barclaycard Think I’ll have to switch as I can’t waste more time trying to get you to fix a problem which appears to be long standing these are my possible options with @StarlingBank looking like they will offer everything cheaper. Do you have glitches which wipe out saved payees Starling?

@Barclaycard Well if today and the last 2 other times is anything to go by resolving it doesn’t look hopeful. When I ask Chat GPT there is a whole host of Barclays history on this issue 🥲 including compensation through the Ombudsman to someone just like me.

@Ftechrecovery @Barclays It’s @barclays who need you 😎 their system glitch seems to be a problem they haven’t fixed since 2017. Barclays if you fix the problem it would mean I won’t have to plan to move my banking.

@NibblyPig @Barclays I can find reference of problem going back to 2017! Person doing the majority of the payments said oh that happens everytime I set up the payments - has to input data due to @Barclays garbage! Inefficiency is expensive!! Will check out Monzo 🙏

@Barclays ❓❓saved payees on business account? Repeatedly vanished. Taking hours to find the details & put them in again - these are payees who are used regularly including staff. Reported 3 times but getting worse. Costing time and money … Frustrated! #barclays #SmallBusiness

@NoFarmsNoFoods Rapid in N 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 - last year this was sheep farm. This year sold 2 non Welsh with 5 horses, 10 alpacas & lots of cash. Last Google pic is this. Run down buildings owned by hard working farmer with no cash - now knocked down & place being beautified for no food production. Disaster!
