Chairman Curcio just scheduled a special "Cannabis Calendar" for the Criminal Justice Committee on April 20th.

Yes this is real life - the TN General Assembly scheduled a hearing for cannabis bills on 4/20.

We held off running legislation this year to address this issue at the request of Institute for Justice because laws are easily changed, court precedent is not. This is the outcome we hoped for. This paves the way for an easy road in the legislature next year.
