@Zigmanfreud I don't disagree with any of these, but I will say that with Pratt out of the picture the establishment wins either way. And I don't even think bass or anyone in the party is directly cheating...but unelected NGOs and other groups absolutely have the incentive to "cook the books"

I've seen so many reports of people who's stuff just goes missing with them...and apparently they use subcontractors for drivers, so there is zero accountability or incentivize proper handling.
