@EE Service of the advisor was great! Rest of it, not so much. Informed it's a known issue to those with Roam Abroad, more than me affected. So why haven't customers been informed of the issue?
Now I've to wait until my billing day to find out whether the correct amount is charged.

@HSBC_UK is hardly looking after it's customers, my grandmother has been informed statements will be available online only. She could switch to paper but they're only available if they are sent to an email address which she doesn't have!? Not everyone is or wants to be online!

@SF_England Hi thanks, it's 924731 which I've given SFE, to be told it's the right one, then told it isn't. Uni or Hull have confirmed that, that code is for January 2025 part time students of this course. So I would assume it should be the one that you can see IS open.
