Whilst I understand that sometimes companies face challenges, it's the way they proactively communicate these that make the difference. I'm still feeling a dissatisfied Rival customer.

Looks like its time to choose a different hotel group after @IHGhotels @IHGOneRewards ends their partnership with Creation Financial Services Credit card. Oh and of course a new credit card company to match the hotel group.

Appears to be an overcommitted company with a large RBS loan backing @NatWestGroup @NatWestBusiness and it can't fulfil all its contracts
