@British_Airways hi, we are travelling with you soon. Have a few Qs, my partner is large, and cannot physically fit into a seat with a fixed/solid panel arm. What is our best option seatwise? We've been caught out before when assured arms move and don't have solid sides.

@LidlGB bought this last yr, not had chance to unpack n use til now (cheers British weather!) and v v disappointed. Coating peeled within an hour. This is after leaving overnight to cool, dew damaging it further as coating gone 😢
@British_Airways Thats the 2nd Q, not appearing in my bookings but I do have conf email, so unsure how to do boarding pass etc. Its the fixed arm seats that are an issue, the solid ones, and nobody seems to know til boarding, just trying to get ahead. Is the # given when booking ok?

@LidlGB Well, contrary to your email, trying to fob me to manufacturer, these ARE (or were yesterday) in stock at my local store. The company you tried to fob me off with can't refund, as helpful as they were. So how about the replacement, provided they're not all gone by now
