Call from neighbour of an elderly couple who suspected they had bogus workmen at their home. Attended call jointly with @AngusCouncil trading standards and thankfully all was in order. Glad to put their mind at rest and good to see people looking out for elderly neighbours.

A neighbour of an an elderly lady came into the office on her behalf to seek advice about constant unwanted and scam phone calls. We will make a referral to @AngusCouncil trading standards who will supply and install a free call blocking device to help her feel a bit safer.
