@Hermesparcels delivery was supposed to arrive today between 12-2 and then at 2pm it was changed to between 2-4 and then at 3pm it was updated that it cannot be delivered today!? Waiting around for nothing- please update me on this/fix it so that it’s still delivered today please

@LNER It’s saying that it can’t make the reservation and that there could be a problem with the service or it’s sold out but I’ve tried a few trains around the same time to check that it’s not the latter and it still won’t let me book! It’s only an off peak train?
