Formala is your website's AI front desk: it greets every visitor, asks the right questions, and hands you a clean, ready-to-call lead or books the appointment.
Someone types "hello" into a contact form, then waits.
They are waiting for a person to type back "hi, how can I help" before they'll ask the actual question. Most forms never say anything back at all.
@FelipeFr1702 Building was never the bottleneck though, and AI only removed that one. Knowing what's worth building and getting anyone to notice it are both still fully manual.
@henkjan The promise is to every customer who builds a workflow on it, which is why removing a feature costs more than never shipping it. Easiest maintenance decision is the one you decline early.
@EbiSemiconMech Getting a straight answer out of a small business website after hours. The information is almost always somewhere on the page, and finding it is still faster by calling in the morning.
@mnadirghafoor The emergency plus credit card framing is exactly right, and it's also why ranking alone doesn't finish the job. Showing up at 9pm and then handing that person a contact form loses the same customer, just one step later.
@madebydanl Hitting the goal and immediately raising it is how you never get to feel it. Worth taking the win for a day before the new number becomes the thing you're behind on.
@madebydanl Reading every line stopped being the control a while ago. The thing that actually protects you now is a test suite you trust and a small blast radius, not your own eyes on the diff.
@madebydanl Agree, but it's a taste problem rather than a capability one. It designs to the average of everything it has seen, and average is exactly what makes a page forgettable.
@GohilHardy Building with zero users is the hardest stretch because there's no feedback to tell you whether you're early or wrong. Respect to anyone still going through that part.
@EbiSemiconMech Proving a human is on the other end of anything. Every channel we use to reach people is about to be flooded with machines that write better than we do, and none of the current signals survive that.
@FelipeFr1702 Honestly, yes. 16 followers a day from a standing start is well above normal. The number I'd watch instead is how many of those 462 reply to you, because that's the part that compounds.
@ns123abc Two separate Anthropic people saying the same thing within an hour is a coordinated position, not a personal opinion. They decided fast that this was worth spending goodwill on.
@ns123abc "Neutral infrastructure" is the phrase to watch. Every platform is neutral right up until it owns something that competes with you, and everyone building on one just got the reminder.
This is the most useful note anyone has given us on it. The length problem is real and I know exactly which sections you mean, the ones where the same idea got said three ways because I wasn't sure which framing landed. Pulling the proof up and cutting the repeats. Thank you for actually reading it.
@saaayyyaaan https://t.co/XWOnOOifSi. It's an AI front desk that sits on your site and answers questions, qualifies, and books. Would take the landing page critique seriously, that's the part I'm least sure about.
@MaxHirsch13 Naming it after yourself is only embarrassing if it doesn't work. Posting the September and October numbers publicly is the actual commitment, the name is just decoration on top of it.
@Sam_Badawi Pointed or not, the market reads it as a signal about how much OpenAI values a competitor's distribution. That's the part that shows up in the price rather than the press release.
