🚨 TOM HOMAN JUST EXPOSED WHO'S REALLY SLOWING DOWN DEPORTATIONS.

It's not ICE. Homan says ICE arrested more illegal aliens in June than in any month in the agency's history, and September was its highest month ever for removals.

The problem is the radical judges. Per Homan, more than 100 nationwide injunctions and class-action lawsuits are blocking deportations. 

He says there are roughly 85,000 cases where ICE arrested someone and then had to release them, and now they have to go find them all over again.

Homan put it plainly: "The radical judges are really having an effect on us."

ICE is doing its job. Activist judges and sanctuary cities are doing everything they can to stop it.

🚨 UPDATE: Federal agents SEIZED Ilhan Omar's sister's phone and used family text messages to help get a judge to sign off on the raid of her home, and the case is being built to prove she CONSPIRED to commit immigration fraud — NYT

The phone belonged to her sister Sahra Noor, a health care executive and author, and was seized earlier this year...

The case is now before a federal GRAND JURY in Minnesota, and subpoenas have gone to Noor and several others in Omar's orbit

NewsNation also reported that agents went through the family's trash for DNA before Monday's raid 👀

A key question is whether Omar or her late father misstated her birth date so she could derive citizenship through him as a minor
