I’ll take it a step further and say that “Listen to your body” is terrible advice for anyone with limited body literacy and unprocessed trauma. Most of us aren’t even taught how to read and hear the language of our own bodies so how tf could you truly listen to it?
Interesting but what would this look like practically? Because with fluoride in the water you're just passively getting the fluoride without having to do anything extra, you literally have to go out of your way not to get it. But you can't passively reason! The default path of least resistance is always just going to be blindly going along with whatever, isn't it?
