few weeks ago, Fable 5 was so advanced it needed the gov and had to be taken offline.
today, we have access to arguably better models for $20/month.
took what? six weeks?
Should you run a PMax campaign?
Wrong question.
The better question is:
Does your customer know what they want before they search?
NotFair recently crossed 1,200 customers, so we analyzed thousands of Google Ads campaigns to answer this.
Here’s what we found:
PMax wins when demand needs to be discovered.
Search wins when the query does the qualifying.
Example 1:
Auto detailing & tint.
PMax CPA was 62% lower than Search.
Why?
Because customers don’t always start with the obvious keyword.
They search around the problem:
- ceramic coating
- Tesla tint
- PPF
- car wrap
- scratch repair
- mobile detailing
PMax is good at finding that adjacent intent.
Example 2:
Property management / apartments.
Search CPA was 86% lower than PMax.
Why?
Because the query already qualifies the customer.
“2 bedroom apartment in Austin”
“property management company Seattle”
“pet friendly apartment near me”
In that world, control matters more than reach.
My takeaway:
PMax is a discovery engine.
Search is a qualification engine.
Most accounts fail because they use the wrong engine for the job.
Stop asking “which campaign type is better?”
Ask what job you’re hiring it to do.
holy shit Anthropic accidentally leaked a new AI model that’s “by far the most powerful AI model we’ve ever developed”
it’s so good they’ve designated it a fucking cybersecurity threat 👀 this is nuts:
- code name Capybara / Mythos
- “dramatically higher scores that opus 4.6 on software coding, reasoning and cyber security”
- wildest shit: “capybara is currently far ahead of any other AI model in cyber capabilities”
- so they have to SLOW RELEASE it to cyber experts FIRST so they can prevent advanced hacks when they release it 😂
anthropic admitting it’s a cyber security weapon so need to pump the breaks
- model is an entire tier ABOVE opus and sonnet.
the rollout is being throttled because the models too damn good
NOW i understand why they’ve been constrained on compute - they’ve been training this fucking thing
I just built RalphBlaster™ 😋 and it's kind of absurd.
My entire dev workflow is now:
- create a ticket
- click to generate a PRD
- approve it
- Ralph handles the rest in an isolated worktree
I get pinged when it's done.
Files clean up automatically.
I don't touch an editor, terminal, or Claude Code.
It's a new world.
Huge shoutout to @ryancarson for being my go-to source on all this, and for his invaluable repos.

The new paradigm for Bitcoin investors:
Stop watching halving countdowns. Start monitoring:
Central bank balance sheets
M2 growth rates
Institutional flow data
Fed policy shifts
Liquidity drives everything.
The 4-year cycle was always a coincidence.
high IQ people usually make worse traders than “dumb” people with superior psychological traits
why? because smart people usually make the correct decisions in life, they don’t make many mistakes
they tend to place their IQ above the market
when they eventually face losses, they can’t admit they’re wrong, because they’re not used to it
in trading, the one who admits being wrong the fastest walks away the winner
conclusion: be a r3tard

So, if you want to become a profitable investor, there are 4 main numbers you should look at.
1. Gross Profit Margin
2. Return on Invested Captial
3. Cash Conversion Cycles
4. PE Ratios
5. Earnings Per Share
Let’s walkthrough each one:
f*ck it, i'm leaking my FULL notion library

reply "LEAK" + retweet and i'll send it over (must be following so i can dm)
i should never be giving this away for FREE, that's why i'll delete in 24hrs
One of the most interesting arguments (flawed) I hear on $tao blockchain is that "Bittensor is not an AI network now, its an incentive network".
But then I laugh as a professional in optimization because contract theory (what BT is based on) is almost 100% an optimization field which be definition is the underlying techniques that drive all of AI be it convex or greedy algorithm problems.
I like to remind myself that our predecessors in the 1800's and 1900's were far more advanced than we give them credit for. They just didn't have computers.
Most people are trying to trade $TAO subnets for a quick 2x or 3x. Let me show you why that’s short-sighted.
Let’s say you put $1,000 into a subnet that pays 100% APR.
Now assume:
•You hold for 1 year (daily compounding gives you ~171% APY),
•The subnet token does a 4x,
•And $TAO does a 10x.
$1,000 → $2,718 from compounding
Then 4x on token: $2,718 → $10,872
Then $TAO does 10x: $10,872 → $108,720
That’s a 108x return just for holding and not touching a thing.
Meanwhile, people are flipping for 20% gains.
You don’t need to time the market when the protocol is literally handing you compounding asymmetric upside.
The game is time in the network, not timing it.
