Africa doesn’t need another generation waiting for change.
It needs a generation creating it. We refuse to be defined by the challenges of our continent. We choose to be part of the solutions. To every young African with a vision for a better life, follow us to create this change!
Meet the FORBES AFRICA 30 Under 30 Class of 2026—a generation of changemakers redefining what is possible across the continent. From entrepreneurs and creatives to athletes and innovators, these young leaders are building African solutions for African challenges and proving that the continent is at the forefront of global change.
Despite economic uncertainty, infrastructure challenges and high unemployment, this cohort continues to move the needle—boldly, unapologetically and with an unwavering belief in Africa's future.

Was going through the profiles of those who featured in Forbes 30 under 30 list 2026. An interesting AI called Alle-AI was built by Dickson Agyei (26) from Ghana 🇬🇭
This AI allows you to utilize multiple AI systems simultaneously giving better responses rather than being confined to a single model. This is great because it gives a user better accuracy, creativity and better decision making. Try it out

Congratulations @AyebareDenise
Forward Generation Africa would like to congratulate you and all other young people that made it to the 2026 list. We’re proud that Africa is assembling a team of young brilliant minds. With you, the future of Africa is bright. Congratulations once again.
Guess who just made the Forbes Africa 30 Under 30?
At 15, I got involved in activism and youth leadership. At 19 I founded BetterLife International with a simple belief that communities should be empowered to lead solutions to the challenges they face.
The years since have been filled with learning, growth, setbacks, opportunities, long days, difficult decisions and some truly incredible people. Through @BetterLife_Int I’ve had the privilege of working alongside communities, young people and women across Africa, advancing climate resilience, sustainable livelihoods, youth leadership and community development.
This recognition may carry my name, but it reflects the support, trust and contributions of many people who have been part of the journey.
To everyone who believed in me, opened doors, shared advice, worked alongside me and trusted our work—thank you.
Still taking this one in.
Now back to work.

Wow. I am speechless!
I'm honestly still trying to process this.
Five years ago, I started Dynasty Africa from the corner of my small room in Lagos with nothing but conviction, ambition, and a belief that African marketing could be done differently.
Today, lam deeply honored to be recognized as part of the
FORBES AFRICA 30 Under 30 Class of 2026.
This moment means more to me than words can express.
And to say I am grateful to God would be an understatement.
I am his vessel, for his Glory, nothing more.
Thank you to the Forbes Africa team for this incredible recognition. Thank you to my team Dynasty Africa, partners, clients, mentors, family, friends, and everyone who has been part of this journey.
We're just getting started. 🚀

Idealistic and driven, Africa’s youth are proving, time and time again, that they are not to be underestimated. As the continent forges ahead with countless accounts of successful start-ups and sought-after conceptions, FORBES AFRICA has made it our mission to highlight, spotlight and showcase these ambitious individuals. Our annual #30Under30 list is a curated collation of the continent’s most influential young minds, as they take on societal norms and redefine ‘the way things have always been done’, while, simultaneously, carving out their own paths, under themes of innovation, impact and inclusion. As one listee reiterates: “[My work] represents a generation of young Africans who are not waiting for change, but building it”.
