As FOH, it's increasingly more difficult to deal with audience behaviour/aggression, with incidents of assaults and police assistance increasing. Only 2 days ago the police were called to an assault that happened while I worked.

As a performer, it's incredibly dismissive of the work required to put on a show and so very distracting. Professionals work so hard, often doing 8 shows a week. You should not feel intitled to join in, unless encourgaed too. Audience members should be respecting house rules.
