@XfinitySupport You installed new service in my Home a month ago , the tech said someone will be back to bury the cable and give me a direct terminal in my backyard , yesterday the cable was cut and it’s just hanging - how do people get a hold of you ?

To add to this @Xfinity is basically lying saying it’s part of their maintenance, we got word from Sarasota county local authorities that a bucket truck hit service lines causing the outage - accident? Yes , at least provide transparency and honesty, shame on you @XfinitySupport
