@ATTHelp I traded in an iPhone 12 Pro Max I think in December 2024 and still haven’t started receiving credits for my new phone. Shouldn’t this process be automatic? I reached out to customer service and no one had a clue why it didn’t get applied. Raised a case now. I’ve been asked to wait until 5/30. Looks like this is a common pattern with trade-ins. I’ve had no other issues with AT&T. Can this be addressed quickly please?

@qrsupport looks like there’s ambiguity in the terms of 24 cancellations without fees. I made a booking last night at 11 PM US Central time and tried to cancel it tonight at 9:30 PM my time but I’m being charged a fee. The customer service agent I spoke to says the 24 hour period starts when the booking was created. I was under the impression it starts after I pay and confirm the booking. Can you help me with this issue please?
