The older I get, the more I realize that all the wisdom the people of our time will ever need is already out there to be found. Our spiritual advancement will not come from new technologically advanced philosophies, but from realizing the answers were written long ago.

I don't know about BPD, but since you mentioned the lotus:

I strayed far from God and far from the way. Years passed. I exuded sloth. The supposed thousand petal lotus felt more like a thousand flaming hot needles as my crown.

It got better after some intense chakra alignment work. Feels good now years later.

I believe this is the way when false accusations are pointed at us. Strengthen and defend our hearts and hearths. To engage and acknowledge falsehoods is to grant perceived legitimacy. Have faith that lies will be exposed in due time, as God sees fit.
