Grateful for @TeamYouTube doing the right thing. Our “Circumvention Violation “ was compelling bogus. Appeal denied immediately. Corresponding was challenging and unsuccessful, but ultimately they cleaned it up which I’m grateful for.

But there is no previous channel.

We’ve never had a channel terminated, and no one else has had access to ours.

We appealed and were denied. But what account are we supposedly circumventing?

We’re asking for a human review of the apparent account association.
