Two days ago, a retired historian posted and downplaying #TinoPH (#Kalmaegi) because it is just a "weak typhoon" and said LGUs are acting panicky. The post gained huge engagements.

Today, this is one of the results. People might get too complacent with that kind of posting and disregard the LGU's protocol. Now, many residents in Cebu and other areas in Visayas needs to be rescued. ⚠️
