@LukeEdwardsTele Bayern Munich gaffer was bang on when he said we overpaid but we all laughed saying they were bitter....not very often Bayern get it wrong they were right he wouldnt get a game for Dunston Fed
@stevewraith Steve how do you think the club even have a choice? We blatantly because of the rules brought in need to sell top players to refresh the squad with young hungry players. Selling Murphy pope burn etc wont help that. If money was no objective im sure we wouldn't be doing this
@stevewraith He can't win ya twist when there is zero communication then he does communicate which most of what he said made alot of sense hes talking waffle ffs man🙄🙄🤦♂️
@Magpie24_7 What fitness levels do ya need like to sit back and have no threat going forward which is what we've been like for the majority of the season
@stevewraith I'm sick of people getting the lip on cos the media link our players elsewhere its pathetic. The same happened last year with Isak when everyone said hes going nowhere. Players dont move because the press put stuff in the papers man ffs its just what happens to good players ffs
The Winslow Hotel was built in 1886 and predated neighbouring Goodison Park. The People’s Pub, as it is known, is adorned with memorabilia and suffused in history — one punter, in his late 80s, even recalls the Everton team coming in, in full kit, for a half-time pint.
But next month the Winslow Hotel will shut. It is the latest football pub to close after the local team moved away to a brand new stadium.
@DTathletic on why we should raise a glass to the imperilled tradition of the football pub.
