@dkhosI ordered food had missing items. Raised on app & was told you won't refund me. I have a receipt from restaurant that shows they didn't send everything & still no refund. Told they're 'adhering to policies' & marked as 'resolved'. Now I can't contact them. Shocking service!

@Uber_Support I ordered food from app. Missing items. Raised issue on app & was told you won't refund me. I have a receipt from restaurant that shows didn't send everything. Told you're 'adhering to policies' and marked as 'resolved' & now I can't contact them. Shocking service!
