DPD have a fundamental flaw in their policies by not accepting complaints from the end user and local depot rude.

The non delivery saga from @MicrosoftUK and @DPDgroup_news continues, neither company interested in resolving my issue. DPD won’t speak to me unless Microsoft raise an investigation and Microsoft say the product was delivered on the basis the driver fraudulently signed my name…
