@Hermesparcels This is how my parcel was left outside my house. It hadn’t even been raining but the package was so wet when I picked it up my hand went straight through. The contents was Christmas presents for my children sent by a friend. They were so wet the paper had come off!

@hm just been to one of your stores and my daughter desperately needed to use a toilet however the staff said we couldn’t use theirs and would have to walk 5mins to a public one. She’s only 2 and would have thought they could have shown some consideration and let her use theirs!!
