Who tf is still running a low ticket info offer in the big 26???🤮
A lot of people actually… very profitably
But for info at least-
Can’t beat a good high ticket offer
One of our clients was at around $50k/mo with pure low ticket before they came to us
Here’s what we did in less than 90 days
With a cold high ticket webinar funnel (ON TOP of the revenue they were already bringing in from low ticket)
Trying to decide what the end goal for agency is
1. Eddie Maalouf style - massive agency with several different verticals (info, ecom, small business client)
2. Uncle Jeremy Haynes style - elite boutique style growth partner accompanied by a final boss info offer
Both have pros and cons
The creator-led info game is a fairytale land.
It's a glitch in the system that social media has created,
Where creators can build and monetize a following relatively quickly.
And similar to many other industries,
The first-movers MADE KILLINGS from this glitch.
The covid-era of info was simple...
Flash the lifestyle, create value-based educational content, throw a mid VSL in your bio...
AND BAM. 6-figs a month. like bro...
There was not much competition so the creators selling high-ticket info were absolutely ripping.
Fast forward 5 years to today,
Competition has caught up and VERY FEW creators can still hit consistent 6-figure months with just organic content and a decent funnel.
In today's info market, there needs to be a fine balance between organic and cold traffic.
Lucky for you, there are strategies that you can implement (like paid webinars),
That can bring you a 3-6x return week after week on your ad spend.
But people in the info space still live in this fairytale land.
They're stuck in this utopian reality of consistent 6-figure months from ONLY ORGANIC MARKETING.
They comfortably scaled with organic in a time of less competition,
And so frankly... Their head is so far lodged up their ass that they cannot see the direction that the info space is going.
If you were to take a business owner in any other industry and tell them they could hit a consistent 4x on ad spend in 6 months time...
They would be all for it.
But the info space is so focused on short term gain instead of building systems for long term success,
To the point where some offers can't handle the beginning phases of paid traffic where you may have a 4x one week...
A 1.5x the next week,
And a 2x the following week.
Paid traffic takes time to crack for any given offer.
If you want to survive long-term in this info space,
Sack up, spend some damn money, and build a reliable system for paid traffic.
Sh*tty feeling when you pour blood sweat and tears into planning out a webinar,
Then less than 20% of your registrants actually show...
Here's my cold traffic webinar best practices to make it DIFFICULT to hit less than a 20% show rate
1. Thank you page that ALIGNS with the messaging from your creators
2. VALUE DENSE opt-in sequence with CTA to add-event and pre-event group in the first email
3. CTA to add the event to their calendar so they get native reminders on their Apple Calendar
4. Pre-event group with a lead magnet accessible only after joining in tandem with several messages in the group days 4,3,2,1,0 out from the event
5. Very specific SMS sequence with the most important texts sent upon opt-in and right before the event
6. Setters dialing and confirming registrants the day of the webinar
Running all six of these best practices at a high level honestly make it difficult to have a sh*t show rate
Everyone wants to run webinars to cold traffic right now
It sounds simple to throw a presentation together, rip a 4x on spend, and then repeat weekly
But brotha, the 1x/week group coaching, community, course offer is not gonna cut it anymore
🚨 INFO SPACE JOB OPP🚨
Hiring a DM setter for a high ticket B2B offer.
Must have a baseline knowledge of ecom or else you will fail in this role.
DM me “DM SETTER” to apply
Hiring a setter right now and I just reviewed a Loom with a very nice candidate but…
She happened to have a stutter
While I don’t think it’s impossible for her to succeed in the space,
I think whoever closed her (knowingly) on a sales program needs Jesus
