There are 3 types of disability with estimates at any given moment:
- Permanent ~15%
- Temporary ~5–10%, injury or recovery
- Situational ~30–40%, sunlight, stress, hands busy
Accessibility isn’t extra.

Jim Moylan passed away on Jan 2. He was a Ford engineer who proposed the small arrow on most car fuel gauges that shows which side the fuel cap is on.
We call it the Moylan arrow: a great real-world example of excellent #UX. Ford adopted it and many other manufacturers followed
