@brakeboosted So Ferrari always try to be the smartest, finding a way to use something different to the otgers, instead of extracting "pure" perfromance.
-We cant heat tyres
-Use the brakes to
-Wouldnt that cause overheating problems?
-Who cares
@brakeboosted What I took from this race (and the last 5?10? years) is that Ferrari always tries to take shortcuts. Like the power delivery trick.
Something I have learned in my engineering degree is that always you make a gain in an area you will probably have a trade off in another.
@BennetonF1Team@pinsaroulette16 No its not, given he was close to Hamilton in Monaco until the SC incident and in Spain was faster during FP and qualy, just had the crash in Q3. Race pace was hindered due to the starting position. Again both qualys were his fault, but it's not like he suddenly became Sainz.
@the_zb_ I agreed, until this part: "the team should strongly consider sacrificing Charles this season and throw all efforts towards Lewis".
-We are only 7/22 races trough
-CL lost 23 points due to mechanical issues
-The 2nd driver was never sacrificed for him in the opposite position.
@chiarissimax2@CL16_inside It might be too soon to talk about championship, even today with the great pace Hamilton showed the Mercs were faster, just completely missed the strategy.
@FDataAnalysis@ScuderiaFerrari@Charles_Leclerc@LewisHamilton@F1 Maybe I am mistaken, but hasnt this graph lost meaning since the introduction of the new engine regs? From the data I've seen Ferrari were actually faster in corners than Mercs, the thing is they needed more lico to recharge.
