poetry

[eden @fr0m3den]

anybody else really fucking tired

[eden @fr0m3den]

i want to watch the decay
that spreads upon my
rot being unearthed
and then burned

[eden @fr0m3den]

from my mouth only spews sweetness
like candy floss that sours
so what can go in
is only bitterness

[eden @fr0m3den]

i must move to grow
i must take a step
my muscle must contract
my body must expend glucose
my brain must fire the nueron
that connects to the
release
i am stagnant

[eden @fr0m3den]

if i was as free as a bird
id be in an open cage
when i try to fly out
please shoot me down

[eden @fr0m3den]

if i was to be hugged may it be with softness
because all i have for myself
is claws and thorns

[eden @fr0m3den]

to leave with a whimper instead of a roar
is honorable
my last sigh will be so silent
so as not to disturb the peace that will follow
