@Uber_Support has now begun to completely ignore my urgent appeals for assistance. #Uber leaves drivers no avenue of redress when they make a mistake and ruin a person’s ability to earn. I make good money for myself and for them. You’d think they’d want me to keep it up🤷🏻‍♂️

@Uber_Support why can’t you fix this for me? No one there is willing to go farther and look into this for me. I am absolutely disgusted. So thankful that I can drive for Lyft with NO ISSUES and when I need help they are ALL OVER IT!

@Uber_Support well another day, another 24 hour period where Uner has absolutely failed to help me. I’ve newly uploaded my documents, they aren’t pending anymore. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the driver app, I’ve logged in & out & in & out .. nothing

#uber won’t assist me. @Uber_Support needs to escalate this issue to someone who can fix this for me. I guarantee that nobody who can help@has actually looked at this issue.

@Uber_Support is absolutely not interested in helping me resolve my issue. I have a new car that I’ve been successfully driving here in Richmond for SIX WEEKS & no I cannot seem to drive it here because it is not “eligible” to drive in this city. That’s simply an Uber mistake

I asked @Uber_Support 3 yrs ago why they had me listed as a Roanoke driver since that is a 3 hr drive from me and I’ve never even been there. They told me that Richmond is a city in the Roanoke region and that my location falls under Roanoke. OK if that works for U. Just wan driv

@Uber_Support Please help me! I logged into the driver app to begin my driving day and I am not able to select my car. I get a message that says “Add or select a vehicle eligible in this city” - ??? I’ve been driving this car for the last 6 weeks no problem and now can’t ? HELP!

@at_P_Elvis @ShieldVoC @Uber_Support Well, I first reported it in March then never followed up Cuzz busy then COVID. Started back driving Friday last and over three days racked up all that cash. Couldn’t cash out. So Sunday til Thursday. I was expecting a long fight. Glad it’s fixed.
