@anglicanspb @ClareCollege I have seen a letter from him in the BMJ of 1910 from St Petersburg in which he says he has been practising spiritual healing for the last 15 years.
Incidentally have you come across the work of Lord Radstock in SP? Another of my interests.

@anglicanspb @ClareCollege The Guild changed personnel around 1911 and mightn’t have been quite the same organisation on his return. But he possibly played a bigger role in its foundation than is suggested by the provisional secretary title. The Leeds material includes healing references from the 1930s.

@anglicanspb @ClareCollege Thank you (and all the others who helped identify it). I was researching Lombard’s role in the Guild of Health when I came upon the picture for sale. I had no idea he was an artist. I gather he exhibited in Liverpool in the 1920s.
