@greateranglia You never fail to disappoint, I was stuck on a train between Stratford and Liverpool Street yestreday morning at 9.15 we eventually were towed back to Stratford at 12.30. Just put my delay repay claim in and have been told that there wasn't a delay! Unbelievable!
