@IDNYC So my husband can't get IDNYC renewed. The person at 311 I talked to said she hasn't been able to make appts for 2+ weeks. IDNYC must up online efficiency - we should be able to renew husband's card online - and make more appts for ppl who can't renew online @CarlinaRivera
@IDNYC@IDNYC wouldn't renew my husband's ID online even though I submitted the same evidence and got mine renewed. I've tried for a year to make an appointment - no luck. Called 311 today and was told no appointments are available.
@JetBlue@86anuka Well, in my experience just now “pre-boarding” meant after Mosaic and Group A, and you don’t make that clear on your website, so it’s no wonder people have been confused for years about this - they expect actual preboarding bc you say so on your website and then they don’t get it
@JetBlue please be clear about what “pre-boarding” for kids means on your website. Currently you say “pre-boarding,” which suggests we board first. That isn’t true. They made us wait until Mosaic and Group A. Just tell us your policy online and then we’ll know!
@terminalBLGA You claim to be a “world-class facility,” yet you literally have only one person checking in two lines through security and we’re waiting with a screaming two-year-old.
@nydosas Aw, I tried but you were sold out before 2! I’ll come another day earlier. But I’m wondering why there was such a long line even though you were sold out. Did people pre-order? I didn’t think that was possible but if so I’d love to know! Thanks!
