@AvantiWestCoast hello. Did the 7.30 Euston to Glasgow run this morning? Last night your website said it was starting from Preston due to train crew shortage, but national rail app said it departed Euston on time…
@AvantiWestCoast I’ve just had my delay repay claim rejected for an off-peak return journey from Blackburn to Euston yesterday. It took 7 hours instead of around 3. I travelled on a different service to the one I booked but understand that’s allowed with off peak tickets, no?
104 days after been fined £90m for dumping sewage into the environment and less than 12 hours after Gov voted to protect water companies and not our rivers, @SouthernWater were dumping sewage at 60, yes 60, different locations along the south coast of England.

@O2 hi there, it’s taken me 3 attempts since Saturday to upgrade my phone, and now my chosen device is out of stock. Do you know how long it roughly takes for a device to arrive once it’s been ordered from your supplier? Thanks
@thetrainline As I said, because the new time I need to travel means I needed to change the route. I got in touch with you before the date and time of travel to ask this, contacted your live chat and phoned the customer service number and no one got back to me in time.
@thetrainline hi! I have a journey from Euston to Blackburn booked for tomorrow. I booked the day before the new travel advice came in, so would like to move journey to later date, but need to change my route as I need to arrive earlier than previously planned. Is this possible?
@thetrainline Is there an option to move this journey to another day/time with original route now the day of original journey has passed? I think flexibility is needed here as I am following government guidance for not travelling into/out of a high covid area at the present time
@thetrainline The new time I need to travel is much earlier in the day than my original booking, so ideally I needed to amend my route to Blackburn so I could get there in time (going via Preston instead of Manchester), but there was no option to do this online - hence why I got in touch here
@thetrainline I wasn’t - so I’ve lost £100. I can’t claim it on insurance either as obviously it doesn’t fall under the remit of this. Are you able to help at all with a refund in this situation?
