anyone who uses @HawaiianAir should know that they don’t allow you to cancel your flights yourself online bc they now have a No-show policy, that includes not getting a refund & cancelling future flights. So when they give u the run around when canceling, you take the hit.

@HawaiianAir customer service is the worst. My parents flight cancelled in less than 24hrs, resche w/o clarifying w/us. New date&time does not work, ended up booking with another airline.
Trying to cancel a flight with Hawaiian is like pulling out teeth. No one wants to help.
