@rtrhelp Well, I guess this thread is the nail in the coffin for my membership. Cancelling today and want a full refund on the $150 I spent for two dresses that never showed up for a major event tmrw night. On my way to the good ol fashioned MALL. This is so awful and such a ripoff.

@rtrhelp Please help. I never got my dress for a major event tmrw night and I'm panicking. If I need to go to the mall to get a dress, I need to know NOW and I cannot get through to anyone. On my account, it says "preparing shipment" but it was supposed to come yesterday by 8pm. Nada.
