@AldiUK Visited you Bumpers Lane, Chester store a week after my last post and it would appear, if you mentioned it to the manager, nothing has been done except placing 30% off stickers on the plants, which probably took longer than watering them. Have a word with the store manager please

[Frank Kerr @franciskerr]

@AldiUK what a shame all the plants on the racks outside your Bumpers Lane, Chester store are all dying because no one has bothered to water them. There must be a least 100 plants that will be through out, what a waste.

@marksandspencer Thank you Amelia, I just checked your Chester store today and it looks like you're having problems restocking them as they ran out as well.

[Frank Kerr @franciskerr]

@marksandspencer, Hi any idea when you'll be able to re-stock your Broughton Foodhall, CH4 0DP with your Breaded Chunky Cod Fish Fingers, 330 g, Product Code: 29101405?

[Frank Kerr @franciskerr]

@marksandspencer Hi Amelia, I've spoken to them and they don't, know and they thought thier Head Office would know.

[Frank Kerr @franciskerr]

@TNLUK Yes, all that happens is you hang on the line then get cut off with the message that they are too busy to answer and to call again. That's been going on for about 3 weeks as well.

[Frank Kerr @franciskerr]

@TNLUK, Hi I've tried to change my card details on your App and although the my bank exepts the transaction, it's declined on the App. I've tried calling your helpline several times, but they are accepting calls as your too busy. Any advice please?

[Frank Kerr @franciskerr]

@TNLUK This is what I've been getting for the last 3 werks, is there an alternative route?

[Frank Kerr @franciskerr]

@TNLUK Just downloaded the latest update to your Android App and I'm still unable to update my debit card details. Any update on this?

[Frank Kerr @franciskerr]

@TNLUK Any update as to when I can change my debit card details on your website or app?

[Frank Kerr @franciskerr]

@TNLUK With the amount of problems players are experiencing after the update, it probably wasn't fully tested before it was released.
Do you have a timescale for all the issues being fixed and can you not rollback to the old version?

[Frank Kerr @franciskerr]

@ThomasDudleyLtd, picked up a Hydroflo Telescopic Compact Float Valve from Screwfix and the bottom rubber washer is missing. It may have dropped out, as its packed loosely in the box with no other packing. Maybe you need to place it in a bag to prevent this. I'll return it.

[Frank Kerr @franciskerr]

@metoffice, do you know when the BBC is switching back to the Met Office for its weather forecast?

[Frank Kerr @franciskerr]

@firstdirecthelp in your screenshot email attached, when I click the link my web browser, Chrome says it's an unsecured website.

Look forward to hearing from you.

@BestWesternGB, any chance of Best Western Cresta Court Hotel in Altrincham opening up for customers before June 2026?
It's been my choice of hotels to stay in before flying out from Manchester Airport for a long time and I was disappointed when it stopped taking reservations.

[Frank Kerr @franciskerr]

@HobgoblinBeer, Hi my local Asda's has stopped selling bottles of your IPA Ale, as they can't get the stock anymore. Do you still brew it and if so, what outlet do you sell it to?
Look forward to hearing from you.

@WhichUK I baught a Bosch toaster a couple of years ago on your recommendation and it only lasted 18 months before the timer failed, so it was burnt toast. So my recommendations is not to buy a Bosch as it's unreliable.
