Pauline Njoroge is the quintessential definition of what is known as an ideological-prostitute.

In the same electoral cycle, she was appointed as Jubilee Assistant Secretary General by the Kenyatta Family Criminal Enterprise (KFCE). At the same time, she was busy promoting dead demagogue Raila Odinga’s ODM and his botched AUC bid.

She is also deeply embedded in the Linda Mwananchi bandwagon of scammers led by Edwin Sifuna, James Orengo and Babu Owino. And just this week, she was openly promoting DCP and Rigathi Gachagua during the Ol Kalou by-elections.

This woman has no fixed principles, no ideological home, and no loyalty beyond the highest bidder of the moment. She drifts from one camp to another with the ease of someone who sees politics as nothing more than a transactional marketplace for personal survival and relevance.

This is a sharp reminder to the generations of old useless bastards (Boomers, Gen X and Millennials) that Pauline Njoroge’s predatory, transactional, and materialistic approach to politics is not representative of young people or how we move.

That behavior is pure ruralism imperative in survival mode - the desperate scramble of someone still mentally trapped in scarcity and patronage politics.

She does not, and has never, represented the movement or its ideals. She speaks for old men and their dying power structures, not for our generation.

Her flip-flopping is not strategy. It is the hallmark of a political mercenary who will say or do anything to stay relevant in a system that rewards opportunism over conviction.
