@UPI_NPCI Thanks for your response. Both places suggested to register a complaint on 1930 which we did. Bank customer care is not helpful and today branches are closed.

My father-in-law, a senior citizen and heart patient, was a victim of an unauthorized UPI fraud of ₹89,800 from his SBI account through Google Pay on 08-05-2026.

The fraud was reported immediately to:

* SBI branch
* SBI customer care
* National Cyber Crime Portal

@ViCustomerCare Got a sms to submit documents again as per DOT regulations. Went to VI store before the date and submited aadhar for verification and they confirmed its done. Yet my number has stopped and I'm not receiving calls now. What kind of NONSENSE this is!!!!!!!!
