Blows my mind that @Tesla can determine the leak was not their fault and then charge a fee for inspecting. I have professional opinions that say otherwise. My only use of X will be to complain through this process @elonmusk the service when purchasing the panels was a nightmare.
@Factschaser@Tesla@elonmusk I have filed a complaint with the state attorney general as of this morning. The next step will be small claims court. From your other post, I've noticed the Tesla lot in Charlotte is packed, along with another lot across the road. All appear to be awaiting repairs.

@elonmusk I've had Tesla solar for two years now and have significant roof damage from the install site. I can initiate a leak inspection with Tesla, but have to pay $300 for them to come and assess the damage. How does that make any sense?
The arbitration Clause in the original contract is also interesting. Tesla stating that it would be 2-3 months before they could remove and reinstall the panels at my own cost, knowing that the contract only gives you 60 days to go to arbitration @elonmusk

1. Tesla submitted original app with SolarCity as the inverter manufacturer - Duke asked for a correction May 15.
2. Upload the inspection approval- approved June 14.
@elonmusk@Tesla
Solar panels installed and paid for. But being told it'll take 60-90 days to submit to utility for permission to operate is crazy. I talked to Duke Energy and they are waiting on two small things from Tesla. Smh
@elonmusk I signed my purchase agreement in February without a battery. I asked about adding now and the price went up. Also still waiting to schedule install as I was told I'd be one of the first installs in Charlotte NC #Tesla
@Tesla stock surging today. They have permits approved for my solar project already and I have not even approved the design. #newenergy#SOLAR#ESG#nocustomerservice just trying to get some answers first.
Question for those pushing for student loan forgiveness. @SenSchumer@JoeBiden Those of us like my wife and I who worked our butts off to pay down our student debt, will we receive a $50k tax credit each? She's also essential working as an RN.
