@ObinnaUkwueze And that’s why he consistently needs to take the smartest approach. We are not in his kitchen cabinet and as well not privy to certain details. I don’t believe a billionaire who ruled a state is naive. He knows something we don’t know. So I trust him.
Peter Obi is that one politician who knows how to clean up a mess.
He will clean up the combined mess left behind by Jonathan, Buhari, and Tinubu.
He did it in Anambra, and I believe he can do it for Nigeria.
Listen to this.
Seems like the OBIDIENT movement was formed by like 1million different people, yet the person on whose back the movement matches has never claimed ownership. He just goes about doing his work.
You know why I dislike this snake so much. Genesis was 20.10.20.
He built his social capital off the lives taken at Tollgate (reason for his name) while being friends with the person who owns the company that turned off the lights, Seyi Tinubu.
Then used his penetrance to combat public anger through hosted spaces.
It worked. He then replicated the same thing in 2022 posing as an obedient insider while arching infiltrative politics.
He was the main mole. He would always be preaching "lets be respectful of other people's choices". He and his thieving bestie, Oleomo.
His ultimate goal was Peter Obi right hand. It was definitely out of reach, reason he couldn't keep up with th pretense again.
Fucking snake.
It is easy to buy the votes of the poor because hunger makes people desperate.
This morning, a keke rider I entered told me that if APC gave him just ₦15,000 on election day, he would vote for Tinubu. I asked him what happens after that money finishes. Years of hunger would still continue. He simply said at least he would have gained something small.
It is heartbreaking. The same people making it almost impossible for ordinary citizens to afford basic needs are the ones buying their votes with cash.
How can we expect patriotism from people who have not eaten and whose most basic needs remain unmet? Omo🤦🏽♀️
Fact. He’s dealing with an establishment that would rather see the country burn than loose control and Nigerians want him to behave like them. If he burns the country, then what are his values of a new Nigeria ? We should be thinking in this country
Peter Obi is showing strong restraint against provocation and this is not the first time and to many people this shows weakness but it’s not, it’s STRENGTH!!!
It’s easier to return provocation and throw the entire country into anarchy but he’s not because he values Nigerian lives!!!!
That’s strength!!!
Prof. @SamAmadi hits the mark: Peter Obi’s retail politics is powerful because it bypasses traditional gatekeepers—godfathers, party bosses, rented crowds, and staged rallies—and takes the candidate straight to the people.
That is why this strategy is so deeply disruptive.
Obi’s real strength isn't political machinery; it's his ability to look Nigerians in the eye, step into their communities, listen, and make the election personal. A candidate who builds a direct relationship with voters is almost impossible for the establishment to contain.
But there is a crucial caveat to Prof. Amadi’s advice: Obi shouldn’t just double down; he must professionalize and secure this strategy. Every visit needs coordination, documentation, and protection. His security must be upgraded without building a wall between him and the crowd. The goal remains unchanged: the candidate among the people.
There is also a strategic lesson here. When a political establishment feels so threatened by a candidate’s connection with ordinary citizens that it tries to block it, that very obstruction becomes the campaign message.
Obi should neither retreat nor provoke. He must stay calm, calculated, accessible, and relentless.
Let them deploy their political structures.
Let him continue building a human structure.
Ultimately, elections aren't won by the loudest rally or the biggest convoy. They are won when millions of individuals decide a candidate has earned their trust—and show up to defend their vote.
Everybody get mouth with zero tact… if you were smarter than Obi, the grace would have fallen on you, and since it’s not on you, follow the man with the mantle.
Tinubu won his re-election the minute he allowed Donald Trump set up a military base in Nigeria. Peter Obi strikes me as a paid opposition because he’s repeating the same things he did in 2023. His integrity cannot be questioned but he has no plan to prevent the establishment from stealing his votes.

Evry1 is smarter than obi until it’s time to actually do the work. You wnt obi to adopt same approach apc government came with. Nigerians never learn and I think they deserve BAT. Has the north suddenly, developed dementia after the noise from the airport for NER? Where is he?
