FUN FACT: Donald trump is responsible for about 29% of the total national debt ($11.6 trillion added across both of his terms).
Stop saying this f*cker is "good at business."
He bankrupted casinos, FFS.
The chaos surrounding USPS and mail ballots is not an accident — it’s the whole point. Your right to vote is under threat.
“That is what Donald Trump wants,” Marc Elias says.

.@MalloryMcMorrow: "Mike Rogers didn't decide to run again because he wanted to make life better for Michiganders. Hell, he doesn't even live here. He decided to run again, because Donald Trump wants a yes-man to rubber stamp his corruption."
Rep. Robert Garcia says the USPS whistleblower has lawyered up to protect against Trump retaliation.
Garcia encourages potential whistleblowers inside the Trump administration to come forward to Oversight Democrats for a safe process with access to lawyers.
No word from Nick Shirley or JD Vance regarding the fact the Florida Grand Jury found Ron DeSantis “misappropriated” or “stole” $10 million in taxpayer money to be used for low-income child healthcare, but instead was routed through his wife’s foundation & used politically. 🤬
We may be missing something here, but if these clowns have held power in Florida for more than two decades, aren't they the ones who broke everything?

All government contracts obtained during the Trump administration by any company with ownership stakes held by members of the Trump family must be canceled immediately by the next Democratic president. Reverse the corruption on day one.

Trump Must Not Be Allowed to Prevent Millions of Americans from Voting
The Trump administration is trying to use the United States Postal Service to decide who gets to vote in this year's election. Unacceptable. We will not accept Trump’s authoritarianism.
Last month, the Postal Service announced it would only deliver mail-in ballots to voters on a list of "approved" individuals — meaning Donald Trump and his administration, not the states, determine who qualifies to vote. That is not only unacceptable. It is blatantly unconstitutional.
The Founders were explicit in the Constitution: States run elections, not the federal government. They did this precisely so that no authoritarian in Washington could ever seize that power for himself. Trump is trying to seize it anyway — in a blatant attempt to rig the election in his favor.
Let's be clear: Trump knows this has nothing to do with the safety of mail-in ballots, because he himself has voted by mail in Florida twice this year. He knows mail-in voting is safe and secure. Study after study, including from conservative institutions and Republican-led states, confirms that voter fraud in this country is virtually nonexistent:
1. The Heritage Foundation found just 77 cases of noncitizen voting nationwide between 1999 and 2023 out of billions of votes cast.
2. Utah reviewed 2.1 million registered voters in 2025 and 2026 and found one confirmed noncitizen registered — who never cast a ballot.
3. Idaho reviewed roughly 1 million voters in 2024 and found 36 possible noncitizen registrations.
4. Georgia audited 8.2 million registered voters in 2024 and found 20 noncitizen registrations.
Voter fraud is not the problem. Trump's problem is that his agenda is deeply unpopular. He has waged illegal wars the American people did not ask for. He is throwing 15 million Americans off the healthcare they have and has made the largest cuts to education and nutrition assistance in history in order to pay for $1 trillion in tax breaks to the top 1% and his billionaire friends. He knows that when people vote, they will reject oligarchy and corporate greed. So instead of changing his policies, he is trying to decide which voters get to participate in elections this November.
Too many Americans have fought and died to defend American democracy. We must stop Trump’s authoritarian power grab — before it is too late.
Good morning and Happy Wednesday to everyone who agrees that the trump Supreme Court is illegitimate and biased, and therefore MUST be expanded from 9 to 13, with Term Limits.
DEMS: Vote to BLOCK MAGA Mike Johnson's ban on expanding the court.
“Potentially millions of American voters may not receive their mail-in ballot this election cycle in a timely manner, or at all.”
This report from inside the Trump admin should terrify us all.
As we've warned for months, Trump wants to rig the midterms. The courts must clearly & forcefully reject this.

Proud to have the support of End Citizens United (@StopBigMoney).
I’ve spent my career trying to make government work for working people - not billionaires and corporations trying to buy our elections.
Susan Collins can keep looking out for billionaires and special interests. I’ll stand with working people every damn time.
James Talarico: “I wish our government would go after pedophiles the way they go after brown men headed to work at 7am. I wish this government would close billionaire tax loopholes like they’re closing public schools across this nation. I wish this government would fund our healthcare like they fund new forever wars in the Middle East that no one asked for”
This $1 billion in dark money could've been stopped. In 2010 I wrote the DISCLOSE Act to end secret money in our elections. It passed the House, but Senate Republicans blocked it & continue to do so.
We must keep fighting. You have a right to know who's trying to buy your vote.

Labor has always had a seat at the table during my administration, and I’m proud of how we’ve grown Arizona’s economy by investing in the workers who power it.
Ahead of Labor Day, @CaptMarkKelly and I met with Southern Arizona’s labor leaders to make sure our workforce is at the forefront of Arizona’s future.
