BREAKING: Special Counsel Jack Smith deploys the nuclear option and goes straight to the Supreme Court to decide whether Donald Trump has immunity from criminal prosecution for crimes committed in office, setting the stage for a historic ruling.

This could change the course of America as we know it...

Smith made the official request today, asking the nation's highest court to weigh in for the first time in history on the prosecution of a former president. This will decide whether or not politicians are above the law.

The request is aimed at ensuring the election subversion trial stays on track for its March court date. Smith wants the court to skip past the federal appeals court and rule directly — to avoid any hiccups or delays.

If the court takes up the request, they will be ruling on Judge’s Tanya Chutkan ruling that Trump is NOT immune from the election subversion prosecution. MAGA lawyers are absurdly arguing that Trump's treasonous efforts to steal the election were part of his official duties as president.

"Respondent’s appeal of the ruling rejecting his immunity and related claims, however, suspends the trial of the charges against him, scheduled to begin on March 4, 2024," Smith’s team wrote. "It is of imperative public importance that respondent’s claims of immunity be resolved by this Court and that respondent’s trial proceed as promptly as possible if his claim of immunity is rejected."

The Supreme Court must take up this issue immediately.

The 40 million people who live in the 22 smallest states get 44 senators to represent their views. The 40 million people in California get two. This is undemocratic and an unfair representation of voters.

BREAKING: Senator Kyrsten Sinema, who betrayed her voters by leaving the Democratic Party, faceplants in her Q2 fundraising and barely manages to raise half of what her Democratic challenger Congressman Ruben Gallego raised — $1.6 million to his $3.1 million.

The embarrassing blowout gets even worse once you realize that Sinema is heavily reliant on corrupt donations from rich individual donors and corporate PACs. Less than $9,000 came from people who gave under $200.

After this embarrassing performance, some election experts are wondering if Sinema will even bother announcing a reelection campaign. She has yet to do so and could be eying a cushy lobbyist job. It's clear that she is only interested in money and power.

With this cycle, Arizona has a chance to elect someone who actually cares about them in Ruben Gallego. He is the proud Democratic congressman they deserve.

BREAKING: Bombshell poll proves that Republicans have totally destroyed the Supreme Court as it reveals that confidence in the institution is at its lowest point in 50 years.

Only 17% of Americans have a great deal of confidence in the nation's highest court, down from 26% in 2021.

43% had "only some" confidence.

The reason why people distrust the court is self-evident. Republicans have packed it with far-right activist psychopaths who gleefully struck doe Roe V. Wade despite the fact that the vast majority of Americans support a woman's right to choose.

At the same time, Justice Clarence Thomas has been caught red-handed taking bribes from a conservative billionaire in the form of luxury vacations, yacht trips, and sweetheart property deals.

Something must be done. Expanding the court and removing the corrupt justices is the only way to save the court.

BREAKING: Donald Trump is humiliated as a leaked tape emerges of him completely freaking out on a reporter aboard his plane after a campaign rally in Waco. NBC News' Vaughn Hillary mentioned that Trump was "frustrated" with Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg's investigation.

"Don't ask me any more questions!" Trump lashed out.

"I don't want to talk to you," Trump said when questioned again. “Do you hear me? You’re not a nice guy."

The journalist refused to abandon the line of questioning and Trump finally lost it, grabbed the man's two phones, and hurled them aside.

“Alright, let’s go, get him out of here. Outta here. Outta here,” Trump said to his aides, at which point they told the reporter that he was "done."

Once again, we see that Donald Trump has the temperament of an angry child. How can anyone think that a "man" like this should be in control of the nuclear button?

After Hillary lost, she went for a walk in the woods, wrote books, did podcasts & traveled the world advocating for human rights & democracy at large.
