Last night, CS John Mbadi told us there is no money to employ JSS teachers!
We can not run away from the debate on CBC. Like many other schools in Western, Cheng'oli Comprehensive School in Bungoma County has only 3 teachers for JSS. They handle 14 learning areas(subjects) for 130 students!
